Explanatory note: 1. You must re-register for your TPS as soon as possible before September 10, 2023. September 10, 2023 will be the last day for you to re-Register for your TPS. Do your Re-registration immediately! 2. We recommend that you also renew your work permit. Although the work permit will be automatically extended until June 30, 2024. (This is up to you, but we recommend it) Must include: -Form I-821 application for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). -Form I-765, Application for Work Authorization (EAD) -A double-sided copy of your last available TPS document. -Submit a fee payment of $495.00 ($410.00 for the EAD and $85.00 for biometrics), or a Form I-912 fee waiver request. -Don't forget to sign your application!
