On July 17, 2015 there was a press conference in front of the White House with the Caravan of Honduran Migrantes from AMIREDIS, the association of migrants who became disabled or lost limbs after suffering serious accidents from the northward train known as La Bestia.
TUWDC Staff was present and interviewed Adán Escobar Ceballos, one of the members of the Caravan from AMIREDIS. Ceballos was deported after living in the U.S. for nine years, then injured when he tried to return in 2004 to reunite with his 18 year-old son.
