After a long and rigorous search led by Trabajadores Unidos of Washington DC – TUWDC / Workers United of Washington DC, we are proud to announce that Mario Cristaldo has accepted the position of Executive Director and started working with us on November 1, 2021.
Arturo Griffiths’ last day as Executive Director was October 31, 2021. We cannot thank him enough for the dedication, passion, and visionary leadership he has provided to TUWDC over the past eight years. We will be recognizing him at TUWDC annual holiday event on Friday December 10, 2021.
The Board also extends its deep appreciation to Lois Athey, who has served as our Executive Consultant since its founding. She and all of the TUWDC staff have provided excellent support and service during this time. Thank you to all of them!
