We want to thank everyone who helped us make our End of Year Party a great success: organizing and preparing the space, welcoming people, serving food, caring for children, playing music, taking photos, and cleaning up at the end.
The night was full of fun activiites, with dancing and music from DJ Joel Daft3r, delicious food from Los Hermanos, and photography by Geo Rosendi.
We launched the Voting Rights for All in DC Campaign with a video about the history of the voting rights struggle in the United States. The campaign will ensure that immigrants that are not US citizens and are DC residents are prepared to vote in DC local elections in 2024.
Also, we presented the certificates to the graduates of our English classes and thanked our volunteers that taught the classes and supported our programs this year. Congratulations to our English students!
We really enjoyed spending time with everyone and we can't wait for what comes in 2024!
